Description
The new wideband PA20000 provides a compact and affordable way to amplify signals from 5-22GHz for a variety of Ku-band applications. Simple USB-C control makes this device much faster to integrate, and more flexible than traditional multi-voltage lab-supply powered devices. All negative voltage generation, gate control biasing, current limiting, temperature monitoring, and voltage detection are done internally automatically. The Rev4 version is powered directly from USB-C, no high voltage input required. Gain is adjustable from 0 to +30dB with control software or front buttons!
New upgraded hardware revision for 2024!
